Connecting our breath to our bodies, we wrapped up the @loveyourbrain tour with a yoga class at @oneyogavan and screening of our film in Whistler, BC. Across nine cities, people have stepped into the tour with honesty and vulnerability, to share their story and connect through experiences of TBI: “It’s an invisible injury, so even when you look really well, it doesn’t mean that you feel very well.

Happiness is right here, right now. Three days at @wohasu took us on a mindfulness journey listening to global leaders in happiness, such as @srisriravishankar and elite ambassador @justdueck. We opened and closed each day with meditation and yoga to tune into ourselves and learn where true contentment lies.
