Outdoor Adventure & Travel Photographer. The open road is always calling, and where I feel most at home♀Based in Seattle, WA & Maadi, Egypt
Sunrise from the summit of Mount Whitney. After 240 miles of hiking the JMT, this was our last and highest peak. It was so incredibly cold, I could barely press the shutter on my camera. Sitting up on that summit, shivering in my sleeping bag, I thought of all the times I wanted to hurl my 15 lbs of camera gear from the mountain passes we trekked through. I wondered if maybe I was crazy, for caring so much about documenting that trip. But now, two years later, I'm able to look back at these photos and memories of an experience I'll never forget. All that hard work & sweat. Like most things in life that don't come easy...worth it.

Once upon a pirate ship with @rendowan in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt ⚔️...and my last post from the Middle East for the next little while. The last few weeks have been kinda wild with all the moving, traveling and apartment hunting...but now that I've found a place, the PNW is starting to feel like home. And all my gear made it from California so I can finally start editing again! So, if you like mountains and forests and coastal views, stick around. But if you only came here for the camels and the land of the Pharoahs...you should just stay anyway 😉 Song is 'Sway' by @annaofthenorth and @thechainsmokers

Last light over the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt. No matter what corner of the world I find myself in, mountains always make me feel at home. In the last eight days, I've travelled nearly 9,000 miles. I've slept in hotels, in my car, crashed with friends, and now I'm currently camped out in a new apartment while I wait for my stuff to arrive. As in, sleeping bag and a backpacking air mattress. And even though I'm missing @rendowan as he heads back to Egypt, I know we'll see each other again soon. Until then, you can find me in the mountains. On the road. And probably various PNW coffee shops..
