I quickly wanted to share one of the most helpful tips i've learnt to get rid of heartburn, not only almost immediately but also without the use of medication! Ideally you should avoid foods that give you heartburn or clean up your diet so you are less prone to the fiery hell that is heartburn BUT life is about balance and sometimes you need to eat a copious amount of chocolate right before you go to bed! You may already know that constant use of antacids can actually mess with your natural stomach acids which we definitely do not want since those acids are what help digest our food! Luckily there are actually a couple different foods that help get rid of heartburn like ginger and dairy products like milk and yogurt. Next time you eat something a little naughty and end up with the flames of a hundred dragons in your esophagus, try a little chug of almond milk or some coconut yogurt to slay that dragon 🐉🔥

think about all the negative self-talk that runs through your head when you look at yourself in the mirror, or when you're out in public or literally any other time. now picture yourself at the age of 10. would you say all of those negative things to that little kid? would you say those things to your best friend? then why would you say those things to yourself?
