‘The blissful oases of litter the country and make for the perfect place to cool off from the heat. My favourite was Wadi Bani Khalid, located about a two hour drive from . These Wadis, which are valleys or channels within the rocks are all unique, from crystal clear rock pools to caves and lush vegetation. I’m excited to head back to Oman and explore more of its natural beauty in the near future and if you haven't considered it as a destination I promise you, it really is worthy!’ - . And that’s a wrap from for this . Be sure to follow his feed to check out his current adventures, we have it on good authority he has some exciting trips in the pipeline!

‘Nizwa Fort was constructed in the 17th century and provides panoramic views of the mountains, mosques and the city below. After spending a few hours exploring the flavours and stalls of Nizwa Souq, and eating far too much Halwa (a sugary treat which comes in various flavours), we ventured through the Fort which was hosting a celebration where we were fed even more free food (until we reached bursting point!). Needing a break from all the eating I ventured to soak up some sun on the rooftop and photograph the city through the old cannon windows.’ - , .
