@freeda7 : I bought a ticket for my daughter to Florida on line . A lil bit after 24 hrs I called and canceled . The rep told me I was just over the 24 hr time to cancel. My daughters friends mom got her refund. You wouldn't accept mine. The trip was scheduled for more than three weeks later. I placed a dispute and your co wouldn't budge. I understand if i canceled a week or days prior to trip. But you guy were relentless in getting your money. My credit card company Visa did not stand up for me and you won. I hope you enjoyed taking my 221$ You know you guys filled those seats anyway but you had to have my money. I hope you guys are proud of yourselves. But that's business as usual right? Never will I take your bus or recommend your buses to anybody.
